Protecting your teeth during contact sports is extremely important! We recommend wearing a custom mouthguard to give your teeth the best possible protection. Custom mouthguards allow you to breathe and speak more easily and are less likely to be removed by the wearer due to being loose, falling down or rubbing. To have a custom mouthguard made, we need to take an impression or imprint of your teeth. From this, a stone model can be made of your teeth so that the mouthguard is made especially for you. Custom mouthguards are more comfortable, more protective for your teeth and we offer a wide range of colours. If your mouth is still developing and there are baby teeth still being lost, you may need a new mouthguard each season. However as an adult a mouthguard can last well for several seasons.
