Children’s Dentistry – includes CDBS
At Herries St Dental, we see lots and lots of children which we absolutely love. This is a lot to with Simone, our loved and very experienced Oral Health Therapist. We find word of mouth spreads in Toowoomba and the word is that your kids are in good hands with Simone! It is so important that your children have their oral health looked after from a young age. Then they grow up knowing the importance of looking after your teeth and gums, having a healthy diet and building a relationship with their dental professional team. This means they are relaxed and confident at the dentist, so no need to stress. Another great part about bringing your kids to see us, is that we have dentists who can give orthodontic advice whenever we need it. Where possible, we try to address orthodontic issues at just the right time so that more complicated orthodontic treatment might be avoided later. However if braces are needed and when your child is ready, they can often get their basic orthodontic treatment completed right here at Herries St! If your child is eligible for the Child Dental Benefit Schedule then they will be able to obtain dental treatment as needed to the value of approximately $1000 over two years (does not include orthodontics). Alternatively, if you are with Medibank or HCF your child can have regular checkups and cleans with no gap, just like the rest of the family.
